The Program

First-year head coach Scott Frost has brought over one tradition that he experienced while at the University of Oregon: teaming up with The Program for summer team-building exercises.

Founded in 2008, The Program (TheProgram.org) consists of world-class former special operations warriors and elite athletes. They work with professional and collegiate athletes to help them become better leaders and teammates.

The Knights hit the practice field for day one. Members of The Program instructed the Knights on numerous areas including the importance of trust in one another. Offense and defense split up for drills, with several players stepping up to lead the drills themselves.

Day Two - 5 a.m.

During the second morning with The Program, the student-athletes met at the Recreation and Wellness Center lap pool on campus, also at 5 a.m. The session was about every Knight working together and helping each other, while also working in sync through each drill.
